One of the most crucial components of a soccer player’s development is personal attention and care from a professional. Individual attention given by a professional soccer trainer is extremely valuable to the development of a youth soccer player because it allows the trainer to focus entirely on the needs of the individual rather than the group.
Coach Derek’s soccer personal training program is designed to provide individual youth soccer players with access to top-level trainer who carry out an in-depth personalized player assessment and intervention strategy based on the player’s existing strengths and areas in need of improvement. Derek is very experienced working with individuals and closely monitor players’ progress toward meeting their performance goals.
Personal soccer training can also be provided in a small group of up to 4 players. Individual training is valuable for the aforementioned reasons, but a small group of 2-4 players is also very effective because there are more drills and exercises that can be utilized through mini games.
